Magnetopia Studio is a self-portrait photography space — no photographer needed. You’ll use a remote clicker and a live monitor to pose, shoot, and capture your own photos with full creative control.

It’s simple!
Choose your package, come in a little early to settle in, and get ready to create.
You’ll use our remote clicker to take unlimited photos during your shoot.
Afterward, you’ll select your favorites and receive both digital images and a 4x6 print.

Visit our Book a Session page, choose your package, select a date and time, and follow the prompts to confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s all set.

Just yourself and any props or outfits you'd like! Feel free to bring balloons, cakes, number signs, hats, or anything that makes your session more personal. We also provide a selection of fun props in-studio.

All packages include the first 2 people at no extra cost. You can bring up to 10 people per session, but for the best results, our camera frame comfortably fits around 6 people at a time.
Need more room or planning a big group shoot? Just let us know — we’re happy to help customize your session!

Yes! Fur-friends are welcome and are free of charge — no need to purchase extra add-ons. Please give us a heads-up if you're bringing pets or children so we can prepare the space accordingly.

Yes! Outfit changes are included in all packages. Feel free to bring your favorite looks to switch things up. The number of outfit changes depends on your session length.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time so we can stay on schedule — but we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please call us if you're running behind.

We understand that plans can change. Here's how our refund and rescheduling policy works:
Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations or no-shows within 3 days of your session are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any changes made after that will not be eligible for a refund.

Your full digital gallery will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours after your session. You’ll also receive one complimentary 4x6 print per person, available for pickup or mailing.

Yes! Magnetopia sessions make amazing gifts. You can go to Gift Cards page to purchase a digital gift card.

We currently provide a clean white background and a curated set of props. If you have a specific theme or setup in mind, let us know when booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Yes! You’re welcome to capture behind-the-scenes or create content during your session. Just keep in mind the time you spend filming will come out of your reserved session time. Please bring your own tripod or phone mount if needed.

Magnetopia is a self-shoot studio, so outside photographers are not necessary. However, if you'd like to bring someone to help document behind-the-scenes or assist during your session, that’s totally fine — just let us know in advance.

Not at all! Our setup is designed to be beginner-friendly. We’ll give you a quick walkthrough on how to use the remote, monitor, and posing space before your session begins. No technical skills needed — just come ready to create.

Yes! You own the rights to the photos you take. Whether it’s for LinkedIn, your portfolio, personal branding, or social media content — you’re free to use them however you like.

Yes — we have a private changing area available for outfit changes during your session. Feel free to bring multiple looks based on your package.

We totally get it! That’s why Magnetopia is built for comfort and privacy. No photographer, no pressure — just a relaxed environment where you can take your time, experiment, and feel free to be yourself.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. The photo selection and printing process takes time, and we want to make sure you receive the best results without rushing that part of your experience.

You can take unlimited photos during your session! Snap away as much as you like within your scheduled time.

In group sessions, each person gets 1 (4x6) print included.
Want more? Additional prints are always available for $5 each.

Yes! If you want to bring someone last minute, that’s totally fine — they can pay when they arrive at the studio.

You are the photographer. You’ll use our remote clicker and monitor to guide your session and capture your shots exactly how you want them. -
No — once your session begins, the space is fully yours. Our team will guide you through how everything works, then step out to give you privacy. The studio is covered by a curtain for your comfort, so you can relax and enjoy the shoot on your own or with your group.

Yes — the entire studio is reserved just for you and your guests. You’re welcome to change outfits right in the studio during your session.

Yes, our space is fully accessible.

We allow session changes with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day extensions depend on our availability, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate if we can.

Yes! Feel free to come early and relax in our waiting area. We provide comfy seating and refreshments while you wait for your session.
